After the celebrations of Christmas and New Year, many people reduce their alcohol consumption in January, often using the opportunity to raise a few pounds for charity – a noble aim, which we completely support, but it also a very quiet time for our hard-pressed pubs and breweries.

But it’s even easier than it’s ever been to reduce alcohol consumption but still enjoy visiting your local! Soft drinks such as juices and colas have been available for years, but many pubs are now offering a great selection of low and no-alcohol beers, and a few even offer tea or coffee!
