Norwich Beer Festival has been held at The Halls, previously known as St Andrews Hall, in the city centre, since the mid-1970s, with only three breaks, one in the early years, and two more recently, in 2020 because of the pandemic and in 2024 & 2025 as critical repairs were being carried out at The Halls.
The festival is organised by Norwich & District CAMRA, and staffed entirely by volunteers, and sells around 40,000 pints each year, and is hoped to be back at The Halls in October 2026
