The Halls, made up of St Andrew’s and Blackfriars‘ Halls, is a mediaeval friary, owned since Henry VIII’s time by Norwich City Council, conveniently situated in the centre of the city on St Andrew’s Plain, and the venue for all forty-five Norwich Beer Festivals.
