The 5th Festival, which ran from 25th October – 30th October, in St Andrew’s Hall.
Admission was free for CAMRA members, varied from 25p to 40p after 8pm for non-members. Open daily from 11.30-2.30 and 5.30-11 and on Saturday until the beer runs out! Souvenir glass 75p and was the first use of a lined pint. A creche was provided at lunchtimes.
The glass used the same logo as the previous year but was used on a 24 fluid ounce lined glass, selected as the “glass of the year” by the festival glass collectors society.
